Data we collect

We only collect the data you send us through the demo request form: name, venue, email address, phone number and message.

The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tool, and loads no resources from third parties: fonts and images are hosted on our own server. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical connection data (IP address, date, page visited) for security and to keep the service running properly.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and arrange a demonstration.
• To send you a quote if you ask for one.

The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.

Recipients

Your data is intended for the Xpos team. It passes through our hosting provider and our email service. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up the business relationship, and for no more than 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing, object to it and request its portability. Write to us at [email protected].
